Was thinking the other day about LCD Paint like Philips are developing. Straight away you start to think about any surface being a screen - if it can be painted on, it can become a display. While that idea is nothing new (check Minority Report) is there a possibility that this would become a new form of urban graffiti? No longer would a graffiti artist simply spray paint a wall, tube train etc. Instead he or she would slap on some liquid crystals and then wire it up to a bluetooth device which receives images over the wire - images and messages that change on the fly, that YOU could interact with! Sound a bit mad? Well all that technology is already here in one form or another - it’s only a matter of time before it makes it onto the street.
