Not too many people spend an hour in a shop; they buy online :P

Although I guess postage takes the fun away.

By the way; none of your Flash on the site works properly for me >

I waited almost a week. But my hatred of my old phone was so great that getting an iPhone was the sensible thing to do.

And yes I love it. The touch screen interface makes any other mode of input seem so antiquated and the abililty to browse the actual web no matter where I am is fantastic. But the best bit for me about the user experience of the iphone was the actual buying process.

I simply walked into a shop paid some money and walked away with my new phone. Amazing. Normally buying a phone and getting a new contract here in the uk is a painful process, you can often wait upto an hour to get things sorted!

But this was so easy as its all done online in minutes. I only hope that this can now be the way forward for all phone shops. Customers do not want to spend an hour in a shop to buy a product!
