Momento Bricks / 2011

Momento Bricks are modular, 3D printed, physical leave behinds that I use in place of the usual business card.

The system uses preexisting Duplo bricks as a base for the Duplo compatible plastic fascias that can be hot-swapped depending on the context. I might not always want to give my mobile number out or I might just want to give someone my Twitter address.

Whilst they may in many ways be much more impractical than standard business cards–you're not going to fit many in your wallet–I was keen to create something that truly represented me. I love that fact that people can use them and then take them apart to build other things.
