The Art of Form and Code

Morfff

The letter holder made from code and concrete

Morfff is a letter and note holder made from a purely digital coded process, yet realised in very analog concrete.

It started out as a form on my screen which I then 3D printed on my Makerbot. Over the next few months I used it on my desk, and then in our hallway to hold and organise letters and other such things. It became an invaluable part of our home, so much so that I then got to work on how I could bring this out as a product via my newly formed retail label, Produced for Use.

After prototyping further, using a mould I created on a Formbox and then cast from concrete, I decided to push the button on professional manufacture.

Morfff is now available to buy at Produced for Use.
